NovaCare is available to NovaStor customers on date of purchase and for 30 days following the original purchase of NovaStor products:

• NovaBACKUP Professional for single Windows workstation protection
• NovaBACKUP Server for single Windows server protection
• NovaBACKUP Business Essentials for single Windows server, Exchange and SQL protection
• Central Management Console for centralized remote management of any number of installations of the above products.

All NovaCare options are automatically renewed for another year, unless written notice is received six weeks in advance of the renewal date.

NovaCare is only available within 30 days of your product purchase.

To take advantage of our personalized assistance and free upgrades, think ahead and order the NovaCare option that best suits your support needs and technical requirements within 30 days of product purchase.
