Well, good news. I uninstalled Novaback completely, including all jobs and indices and cleared it from the registry, then reinstalled, created new jobs and imported previous backups. The previous backups were not found in Time Mode though. I then ran an incremental backup using the new job I had created and it is found. This tells me that there was a problem in the old installation which probably affects the backup format. At this point, I will delete the old backups and start fresh. Hopefully, the problem will not return.
