You will need your current NovaNET serial number to upgrade. Upgrades must be of like product (ie. Master Server to Master Server) to be eligible for upgrade pricing. If your version of NovaNET is not of the same type to which you are upgrading or prior to release 10, please visit our competitive upgrade page, or contact a Sales Representative for more information.
Maintenance Upgrades
For customers who have an online account tied to a purchased Maintenance Agreement, simply log in to your account and choose the "Maintenance Agreement & Upgrades" link on the left side. You will see links there to begin the upgrade process.
Notification of Upgrades
When a new version of software is released, NovaStor will post the
release on our web site and notify all
members of the NovaNEWS email newsletter. To receive NovaNEWS at no cost,
simply provide your email address in the subscription form.
NovaStor is not responsible for ensuring that all customers are notified of an upgrade.
