  1. Is the Online store secure?

  2. What do I do if I'm having trouble with my order or shopping cart contents?
    Click on the Shopping Cart link (there is a link on the upper right side of all the NovaStor pages) and click the "clear all" shown at the bottom of the cart (see below). That should allow you to clear all previous entries and let you then redo the purchase. If it doesn't work for you after that, please let us know.

  3. How do I download the latest versions of my purchased software, change my account or billing information, renew maintenance agreements or submit technical support requests?
    To modify any of your account settings, simply log into your account and choose the appropriate link on the left hand side navigation links. To renew maintenance agreements or get any free upgrades, click on "Maintenance Agreements & Upgrades" link and follow instructions. To download purchased software, click on the "Download Purchased Software" link there and follow instructions.

  4. What are NovaStor Maintenance Agreements and Upgrade Protection Plans all about?
    NovaStor's Maintenance and Upgrade Protection Plans are designed to save our customers money, as a way of saying thank you for being a loyal NovaStor customer. Plans usually start at a fraction of the suggested retail price of a regular package, and are valid for 12 months following the purchase. More Information

  5. What is VAT (Value Added Tax)?
    The Value Added Tax, or VAT, in the European Union and some other countries is a general, broadly based consumption tax assessed on the value added to goods and services. It applies more or less to all goods and services that are bought and sold for use or consumption. The current rate in Germany is 19% and applies for services like downloads in the European Union. VAT does not apply to the United States. More Information

  6. How can I purchase software without giving my credit card online?
    If you do not feel comfortable giving your credit card or other information over the WWW yet, there are other ways to purchase our software:
    1. Resellers: Visit one of our Local Resellers, VARs, Distributors or authorized Retail store near you.

    2. Fax: Follow the online order process, and on the page with the option "Payment Method", choose "Call or Fax". When your order is complete, print out the confirmation and fax your Credit Card details to +1-805-579-6710, Attn: OnLine Sales.

    3. Mail: You may also mail payment in the form of a Check/Draft (International orders please make sure it is a Bank Check) in US funds to:
