What information do we collect? How do we use it?

• When you download a demonstration file, we collect your name and e-mail address as a minimum. For our more advanced software, we also collect your mailing address and telephone number. This allows us to contact you with important installation information, tips and tricks, follow-up information and support. You must accept these terms and conditions before downloading our demonstration software. A checkbox is provided on the download form to indicate acceptance.
• When you order online we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
• When you submit customer feedback, we also ask for your e-mail address so we may provide you with a response when necessary, although we do not display customer e-mail addresses for public viewing on our feedback pages.
• When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. Additionally, we may share your information with any co-sponsor (eg. hard drive manufacturers) of the giveaway you've entered.
• We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the store.
