NovaBACKUP 8.0 Upgrades
NovaStor Upgrade Policy
NovaStor's Automatic Upgrade Policy is designed to make free, downloadable upgrades available to any customer who has purchased NovaBACKUP 7.5 from February 26, 2007 through to the Official Release date. Free upgrade requests under this policy must be made within 90 days of the Official Release date to qualify.
NovaBACKUP 8.0 was officially released on April 26, 2007.
Versions of NovaBACKUP purchased prior to February 26, 2007 that are not currently covered with an existing Maintenance Agreement, will be subject to NovaStor's standard upgrade fee pricing. All previous versions of NovaBACKUP qualify for this upgrade pricing.
Free Upgrades
NovaStor's new version 8.0 upgrade policy is designed as a free download (or have the CD sent for $10.00 plus shipping) to any customer that has a valid NovaBACKUP Maintenance Agreement, and all NovaBACKUP 7.5 customers who have purchased since February 26, 2007. Simply log in to your account and click on the appropriate link on the left hand side, either "Maintenance Agreements" or "View Previous Orders" for your specific needs. From there, you will be given a link to begin the upgrade process through our online store.

Standard Upgrades
All NovaStor upgrades require your existing NovaStor serial number. The serial number for your existing product can be found on the original package or in your online account (if purchased online). If you have any questions about your serial number, or you have trouble finding
it, please let us know.

release information on our website at http://www.novastor.com. We also
notify all our customers who have subscribed to our NovaNEWS newsletter. If
you wish to be notified when future versions of our software become
available, please visit

provide you with a monthly email with the latest data protection news,
information on new software releases and updates, information on
complementary products, and special discounts and offers.
