NOVASTOR UPGRADE POLICY

NovaStor is constantly adding enhancements and innovative features to our products. To enjoy the best our software has to offer, be sure you are running the latest version.  
As an existing, registered customer, you are entitled to updates¹ and upgrades² based on the following policy:

• If you have a currently valid maintenance agreement, you may obtain the latest version (update or upgrade) at no charge.
• Any updates released for your initial purchased version are free. Simply go to our download page to obtain the latest update.
• If you own an older release and don’t have a valid maintenance agreement, you can buy an upgrade to the newest software release at a special upgrade price. Simply fill in the form below for further information.
  

1. An update is a minor change in the product within the same version usually denoted by a change in decimal value of the version number (e.g. 10.1 to 10.2)
2. An upgrade is a major change in the product (new version) usually denoted by a change in the whole number value of the version number (e.g. 7.0, 8.0)

Note: You can only upgrade or update to the newest release available on our Web site.
