If you have purchased NovaBACKUP, NovaBACKUP Network, NovaXchange or TapeCopy within the last 30 days and wish to request a refund for the software, please fill out our RMA Request Form below. Be sure to provide your full name, address, and telephone number, as well as the invoice number and the reason you are requesting the refund. Please allow 3 to 5 working days to process RMA requests. Also please note that we cannot refund shipping charges for the software unless there was an error in the shipment from NovaStor.
If you purchased your NovaStor Product directly from NovaStor, simply fill out the form below.
If you did not purchase your NovaStor product directly from NovaStor: Please submit your RMA request to the NovaStor partner that originally sold you the product. If the product qualifies for a return, our partner will continue this process directly with NovaStor. Each NovaStor partner has their own internal RMA policies which should provide you with your next course of action. Should you have any questions, please contact Customer Service.
