NovaStor technical support is available from Monday through Friday. NovaStor products come with 30 days of free support for all registered users during normal business hours.
Telephone support is available for Maintenance Agreement holders, and on a per-instance basis for registered NovaNET and NovaBACKUP xSP users. Please have your serial number ready when you call in.
Per-instance technical support is available for purchase via phone or online by logging in and clicking "View Previous Orders & Registered Products". If you don't have an online account, please register your product now or contact your NovaStor Sales Representative for more information on our paid support options.
