5:00 P.M. (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday. NovaStor products come with 30 days of free support for all registered users during normal business hours.
Telephone support is available for Maintenance Agreement holders, and on a per-instance basis for registered NovaNET and NovaNet-WEB users. Please have your serial number ready when you call. Per-instance technical support is available for purchase via phone or online by logging in and clicking "View Previous Orders
