NovaStor is searching for the perfect Partner Support – Technical Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in pre/post sales software support and a strong knowledge of technology. Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports. Must have strong customer support skills as you will be the main point of contact for our priority one customers. Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Will be responsible for top tier customer support helping to eliminate any and all technical issues on the fly. Must be prepared for extensive travel.
