NovaStor Return Policy

If you have purchased a NovaStor product within the last 30 days and wish to request a refund for the software, please fill out our Return Request Form below. Be sure to provide your full name, address, and telephone number, as well as the invoice number and the reason you are requesting the refund. Please allow 3 to 5 days to process return requests. Also please note that we cannot refund shipping charges for the software unless there was an error in the shipment from NovaStor.
